property consultation-
For clients wanting to prepare their own property themselves for sale but need guidance and direction, then this service is for you. A visit from one of our stylists will view the property, conduct a room by room walk through, recommend options of furniture placement and decor items. Our stylist will provide a step by step checklist to prepare the property for sale right down to repair and maintenance recommendations.
property style over
If clients do not want to hire or purchase any furniture or home furnishings due to a tight budget, then the property style over service will suit you. A stylist will attend your home and style the property to it’s maximum potential using the client’s existing furniture and home decor. Our stylist will provide other suggestions to enhance the presentation of the property before it goes on the market.
partial staging
A partial staging option is available for our stylists to style the property by selecting the clients existing furniture and introducing additional decor pieces on a rental or purchase arrangement. This includes placement of existing furniture, setting up rooms to suit the potential market (for example adding that extra living space or bedroom if needed) installation and styling the property to create the perfect look.
full staging
For vacant or empty properties that need to be fully furnished for either a builder, investor, developer or home owner. A full staging service is available, with an extensive range and access to specific furniture, artwork and home decor to compliment any style of property.
high eight will stage the property with carefully selected furniture pieces and decorative home decor to complete the look. This can be organised on a rental or purchase arrangement. Long term rentals can also be arranged to display the property.
