3 HOUR 101 FUSION PAINT WORKSHOP- BRING YOUR OWN PIECE
WORKSHOP DATE: TBA FROM 9.30-12.30AM
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: This is a hands on workshop ideal for beginners or for those who wish to know more about the basics of painting furniture, different techniques and finishes. You will receive personalised guidance and 101 support, hence why we keep the groups small (4-6 persons) leaving with the confidence to up cycle your own projects. Bring you own piece and you will learn how to paint step by step from beginning to end, turning your old piece from ‘drab to fab’. Your piece needs to be wooden and small in order to complete it in the workshop time and be able to manoeuvre the piece around on the workshop bench. For example a bedside table (single drawer or shelf), step stool, chair (no spindles), side table, trays, photo frames etc
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable to paint in and that doesn’t matter if you get paint on them.
We do provide aprons also.
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
- Basic Prep
- Paint brush techniques
- Paint application
- Different finishes- stains, paint wash, tough coat
- Difference between Fusion Mineral & Milk Paint

OTHER INFORMATION:
Book with a friend or come on your own to a friendly class. Booking is essential and NO refunds or cancellations.
Class size must be a minimum of 4, so in case of insufficient numbers dates may be changed.
Weekday workshops can also be arranged on request if you have a group organised.
Workshops are held at high eight home & living, 8 High St. Inverleigh & the Inverleigh Public Hall
